Nokia announced its second C2 mobile phone, the C2-01 that is the company’s most inexpensive new 3G mobile phone. The phone has a classic candybar design and runs Series 40 OS. It has a 2-inch color display, a traditional keypad, a 3.2 Megapixel camera. The C2-01 supports single SIM only, unlike the original C2-00.

Nokia’s new phone features the Nokia Messaging for email and instant messaging. SMS and chat messages are now displayed in a conversational (threaded) view. It also includes Ovi Store, Ovi Music and the Ovi Life Tools. The C2-01 measures 109.8 x 46.9 x 15.3mm and weighs 89g.

Nokia C2-01 will be released in Q1 2011 for about Euro 70. It is available in multiple colors.
