The former blurs the line between smartphone and tablet — and usable and comical — featuring a massive 5.3-inch 1280 x 800-pixel Super AMOLED display that will likely make this device unpocketable for most consumers. The phone also curiously employs a stylus for note taking and drawing, though finger input is supported as well. The new phone features a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen with 640×360 resolution, a 5 Megapixel caemra with video recording, 2GB internal storage, and FM radio receiver. The Nokia 500 supports GPS with pre-loaded Nokia Maps, Bluetooth 2.1 and WIFi 802.11b/g connectivity. It works with 3G networks and supporting up to HSUPA speeds. Sprint announces Android based eco-friendly Replenish smartphone

Billed as an eco-friendly smartphone, the Replenish is constructed of recycled and recyclable materials. It will also be the first Android-powered smartphone from Sprint that will not require the company’s $10 premium monthly data charge since the carrier made the new fee a requirement.
