Panasonic introduces two new affordable compact digital cameras, the LUMIX DMC-S5 and DMC-S2. Both models are equipped with a 4x optical zoom LUMIX DC VARIO lens with 28mm wide angle, and offers 8x intelligent zoom. The two cameras are almost identical except for the sensor. The former packs a 16.1 Megapixel CCD sensor and the S2 has a 14 Megapixel imagers. Kodak launches its new ESP 3.2 All-in-One printer targeted on “photo-centric consumers and families who want great value, quality, and simplicity”. The printer is capable of printing, scanning and copying and comes with built-in WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity. It offers up to 9600 dpi for color photo printing and up to 1200×1200 dpi for monochrome text print, and printing speeds of 8 ipm in black and 5.5 ipm in color. Angry Birds trip to space tops 50 million downloads

Rovio on Monday announced that the company’s latest Angry Birds installment, Angry Birds Space, has been downloaded a whopping 50 million times in 35 days, making it the fastest growing mobile game of all time. The company also teased that “something even bigger is on its way” and gamers should stay tuned. Angry Birds Space was released on March 22nd for iOS and Android devices, as well as OS X and Windows PCs. The fourth major Birds release delivered new and unique gameplay features alongside new and existing characters.
