Droid Incredible users, pay attention. According to blog AndroidCentral, it would appear as if Verizon and HTC are preparing to deploy a software update (version 3.26.605.1) beginning on November 8th
Users can expect the following updates and improvements:
- Updated Adobe Flash Player [security enhancements]
- Wi-Fi improvements to Visual Voicemail
- Improved support for Yahoo! IMAP email
- Updated Slacker Radio application
- Ability to attach files larger than 5MB to emails
- Improved support for COX and Comcast POP3 email
- Seamlessly switching from portrait-to-landscape in Google Maps (and vice-versa)
- VCAT application which will allow consumer to bill applications to their monthly statement
Remember, not everyone will get the update on the 8th. It may be up to a week before you receive the above improvements/fixes.
